Avoid NMG Technologies Toxic Work Environment and Incompetent Management My experience at NMG Technologies has been nothing short of a nightmare. The company's working culture is extremely toxic, driven by a management team that lacks both competence and empathy. 1. Toxic Work Environment: The overall atmosphere at NMG Technologiesis hostile and demoralizing. There is a constant undercurrent of fear and negativity that makes it difficult to stay motivated and productive. Instead of fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, the culture here encourages backstabbing and blame-shifting. 2. Incompetent Management: The management team is remarkably inept. They make decisions without understanding the ground realities and often contradict themselves, leading to chaos and confusion. There is a severe lack of vision and strategic direction, which hampers any chance of professional growth or success within the company. 3. Micromanagement Hell: Micromanagement is rampant at NMG Technologies. Managers scrutinize every minor detail, leaving no room for creativity or independent thought. This obsessive control stifles innovation and leads to an overwhelming sense of frustration and helplessness among employees. 4. Good people, good atmosphere, positive vibe, productive enviroment, friendly people to work with. My team manager is amazing and he is best mentor ever. HR is also very supportive. Salary always comes on time.

I had a really positive experience working at NMG Tech. Management team was always supportive and provided the guidance as and when required. I started as a s/w engineer and eventually grew into Team Lead role, thanks to opportunities and challenging projects. Received great support during covid-19 pandemic. It was a rewarding journey and would definitely recommend NMG to anyone.
