Nothing to like about this company. They will hire you for a particular role and then they will give you other department's job. The director always gets involved in the Operations. The Director of the company will not let you work peacefully. Worst company. They will.waste your time. No work life balance. Nothing here to like, they don't have any employee friendly policies, just toxic environment and toxic management.

Directors are self obsessed and arrogant, they treat employees like factory labours. Highly over confident and always blame the employees for their failure. They are running a baniya shop not IT services company. Not a single employee friendly policies. Appraisal never ever on time. Only 1 leave in a month and if employee avail it they start unnecessary e-mail with them. They will ask for medical certificate in case of 2 days leave due to fever etc. No personal life cause if you need any leave for personal reason they will poke their nose No power to the manager or leads to decide their teams leaves. They 90 days notice period and bond, and on every appraisal employee have to again sign a new contract of returning money will leaving. Overall don't join until unless you want to spoil your personal life, health and mental peace.

Toooo many Dnt join here if you want to save your mental state and health. They dnt care aboutyou. Owners are egoistic and they treat employees as maid. They shout and use abusive language in hindi. They trick people to sign bond with fake promises.

1. The micro management by the top most people in the company. 2. No respect for personal boundaries and/or mental harassment on the baisi of gender, age, race, color, and culture. 3. Toxic behaviour from human resource dept. that only follows CEO’s tail. 4. Lies about skill development and growth during joining process but no compliance in abiding by it.
