If you don't want to grow a life and have good oiling knowledge then, I can say that seniors are good for them.

There is no such thing as being right. I have worked here for several years in graphic design and branding, honestly if anyone wants to waste their career and skills here, they might joind this Company. Your design will not be respected here in any way, you make it with your skill or design sense. Whose office culture is so uselessthat no healthy person can live here. Seniors here who are busy oiling sirs will not get help in anything here. Even if something emergency happens here at home, it is difficult for you to take leave here. My recommendation any graphic designer or creative Developer not choose this company because You will waste your time and your skills and creativity and at the end of the day you will find yourself in a jobless place I don't think there is any such thing as a corporate life here MD behaviour such a Bad and always feel you just servent not employee your designation whatever but treat like a servent...Read More
