...t of your job role without giving any training & you will be judged upon that...they offers salary which might be lucrative initially but trust me they can't effort it.. arrogant MD.. work culture is horrible...your mental health will be finished..they talk about discipline but this company will hold your joining letter and will give you silly reason & will tell you to leave..you are not allowed to take break even if you get an urgent call.. extremely toxic work culture.. don't waste your time,mental health here..worst company I have ever worked with..

Organisation was extremely helpful since my joining process. I was worked there as a Quality Control Executive. When I enter into the manufacturing plant, it was an overwhelming response from seniors. Everyone was supportive, friendly. I had learned so many things from them during my short term journey. Basically it is tool base company, those who had completed there tool room engineering, will feel much comfort to adapt the working system. Somehow due to my fault or my bad luck I couldn't cope up there.Company will provide lunch and breakfast with minimum amount. I had good working experience there. I wish if this company were situated near Kolkata. I couldn't find any negative review about that organisation. Though my journey was short.And those who are want to enter in this Organisation you must be disciplined. Plant was neat and clean. Fully Air conditioned.

I can say company should improve their pay scale.There was huge gap between my in hand salary and CTC. Sometimes I was feel school days there. Because Dress will be provided by organisation.

If you don't want to grow a life and have good oiling knowledge then, I can say that seniors are good for them.

There is no such thing as being right. I have worked here for several years in graphic design and branding, honestly if anyone wants to waste their career and skills here, they might joind this Company. Your design will not be respected here in any way, you make it with your skill or design sense. Whose office culture is so useless that no healthy person can live here. Seniors here who are busy oiling sirs will not get help in anything here. Even if something emergency happens here at home, it is difficult for you to take leave here. My recommendation any graphic designer or creative Developer not choose this company because You will waste your time and your skills and creativity and at the end of the day you will find yourself in a jobless place I don't think there is any such thing as a corporate life here MD behaviour such a Bad and always feel you just servent not employee your designation whatever but treat like a servent
