One thing i don't like about NLB is the lack of flexible work options. There's no work from home, it's not even hybrid model, you've to come to the office everyday, and i believe this is an area where NLB could improve.

There are many things Company is nice but people have made this place very toxic ,Specially managers and associate manager, They treat there employees as there puppet Even they threaten employee to not to talk the people they don't like or else they will terminate you People here are biased, you can only servive here if you'll dothe things as per them , like give other personal life details or gossips, complaint about other employees and politics. Higher level is still professional and systematic but Manager, TL and AM levels are pathetic They don't have guts to deal and compete with other, They do politics and destroy there recruiter life's because they only have control on them . even they layoff the candidate without reason. The management (Owners) are amazing - They will listen to you no matter what & you will always be treated as a family. They will treat you as a human before an employee & that's the most amazing part of NLB Services despite of no appraisals from past 3 years. Its been 6 years & still counting.

NLB services is all about favouritism, relations and politics, I have worked 6 months initially everything was fine, but coz I was not profitable to my manager, he planned to fire me with HR teams and without any notice, PIP, didn’t ask me to serve the notice period. They asked me to resignation end of the day.

They want robots in thier office, no activity from HR, political environment.

On May 2 , 2023 I was interviewed By NLB SERVICES FOR HRBP position I was informed that i was selected and was invited for an offline final round table discussion In Noida despite living at different state Roma Massey the recruiter and my first point of contact assured me that this final round was the general discussion and documentation process Trusting the company ethics i Travelled to Noida On May 10 2024. I was interviewed by NLB SERVICES for HRBP position It was informed that I was selected and was invited for offline interview , Roma Massey the first point of contact assured me that this is the final round was a general discussion and documentation process , trusting the company ethics I travelled to Noida on May 10th 2024, At my own Expense after 30 Min of On table discussion he told me with the statement - I WILL LET U KNOW ASAP . FOR FURTHER PROCESS RECRUITER WILL COME BCK TO U . Despite multiple follow-up with Roma Massey she told me hold on for s week u are selected ur salary is the approval stage with the VP - NAME - SHRUTI SHAYANA -SHE IS SITTING IN US .
