If joining in direct company then it's good, but if joining in a merchant office under NJ group, like Bolpure Express it's a most worts office ever. Because Marchant Manager behavior and mentality is the worst... very very bad experience mine.

To gain knowledge of knowing something more and whatever work I am doing, I will get more knowledge about it and in how much time and hours to finish the work and according to that I will get to know more and enjoy it and get more and more information in the production in the plant, there is a different fun in it

The best thing about production is to observe as much information as possible and the calculations in it, product management and timing and the profit of the product in such detail. The price of a product is mostly calculated on the basis of its area density on the weight of the calculation, but there is more curiosity about how to increase the profit further and how to adopt new marketing processes....Read More
