Job security and working enviornment is the best in the finance industry. Holiday on alternate Saturdays and Sundays. Working hours 10 to 7, cafeteria

Dislikes

You will only be praised if you achieve your target. If not, then the pressure is at the most and you might get demotivated. Partiality in lead distribution. Otherwise working culture is good and it depends mainly on TL if your journey is going to be flexible or not. Incentive is on yearly basis.
