Senior management is amazing. People value your opinions. You will be heard and respected no matter what level of experience you have. No one bursts out angrily on other person and a behaviour like this is highly discouraged as well. I had the best time here.

Compensation can be a little low for few people. Annual increments are guaranteed but average.

Some time when we come on extra time as like when we stay back or when we come on weekends then should have been pay something. They can do one more thing, someone if anyone don't wanna take a cab facility then he can take the money whatever Niit pay for cab.
