No appraisals even if you are hardworking. They will cut off your appraisals on the name of new idea submission and scores. I got lots of client appreciations still the hike was 0%. They are okay in letting their employees go if they ask for salary hike. One person is required to do the work of 4 people. Workload is too much and youare at your manager's discretion. If he tells the management you are doing good work you are good even when you don't work at all and if he doesn't like you he will tell the management you aren't good. They would believe him. NIIT as an organization is really awesome to work with however the feedback i am writing is related to one particular vertical which is India Business Unit.

Management does not support you in any issue that you face & this is the situation in their one particular vertical which Sales & service excellence(SSE). The leadership team is the worst in entire organization. the support structure is ZERO. Leadership is the worst and cheap politics is driven from the top. Leadership won’t appreciate your hardwork and your skills doesn’t matter all. They can put you in any damn work irerespective of your expertise. Basically some old thinking people are making their money on top and screwing the employees at the ground level. Worst experience ever 😡

Overall its a good company to work with. It takes care of employees in many ways.. There are way too many ways with which you can save tax. Also it pays for your trips once in year plus pays 700 for your gym fees monthly.. Etc. There are many benefits if you know how to use them..
