Good company but top management never thought about employees. They always in favor of old employees, never give chance to new employees for growth.

Dislikes

If you are new employee, you will treat at contract person. Without any reason they ask you to search for new opportunity. Even if you are doing hardwork they will not count when they decide to let you go.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
