They hire when they need, and after their need the will fire you without any reason, as they find the reason by taking out the chat of 2-3 months back, as invalid. Work pressure is too much as their Manager and Assistant manager is also useless. As they use proxy Id of the guy who has already left the NIFTEL swiggy. In Swiggy NIFTEL there are many agent's working who's own id has been disabled by client and Got ZT from their Id. They don't even allow Break for 1 hr. Easily, they need an agent to work 12 hours, So that every TL, Manager, Assistant manager, RTM Can take a rest at their seat. I also got fired without any solid reason, as they pointed out my score which is improving but in between I have take a approved leave with manager, so they disabled my Id as I don't even get any mail to get Informed....Read More
