Improves ones verbal communication skills

Dislikes

Pressure in meeting targets and maintaining scores. Staff is not at all negotiable. I worked as part timer but ended up quitting as I was not able to handle their pressure and massive chatflow where they force you to work if incase your score is below 100℅
