The person doesn't have any technical skills can join here and grow with the company ,decent salary,no work pressure

Dislikes

There were few managers who were not encourage the analyst who deserved for management side.analyst who doesn't have any management skills if they friendly with TL/Manager they were support to move next level

Work Details

It was not great job, its simple and easy one which can easily do by anyone,if someone who is not wealthy i can suggest them to that place for decent salary and without work pressure

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
