The salary structure and benefits are good.

Dislikes

Everything in this company is bad. Its the worst IT company in IT industry. They wont give proper training and KT to folks and expect them to deliver a masterpiece. Tremendous pressure is been inculcated over folks to deliver a good work. No work-life balance is maintained. There is no job security. A person can who is working in that company can expect a termination without any reason. They must be ready to get terminated out of nowhere without any reason. Seniors wont help at all, they just pressurise juniors to complete the work...Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
