Jobs will not be taken away. Although there was no hike and they only provided half month salary, company did not lay off the employees too much. Work culture is hectic. There is no peace of mind even after reaching home. Management is the same. There is a tug of war going on between clients and management and we are stuck between both of them. Dislikes

There is absolutely no growth. Maybe you stay there for experience, but jump out of the company as soon as you finish your bond period. The team lead don't know absolutely anything. They expect us to do our job and do their job as well. Such an irresponsible leadership.

Work Details

I recommend freshers try this but do not sign the bonds for 3 years. Stay there for 2 years maximum and go for a good opportunity.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
