Pathetic work culture. Extra work hours no work life. No proper appraisal and promotion.

Don't go for this consulting firm. They send resource at client side with 6 month experience and tell you to inform client that you have 2 years experience. here regional feelings are more. They used to give importance to their region people only. Even in the internal meetings also they used to speak in local language only. Appraisals and other benefits will be given only to local people

The Founder is great . He has good interpersonal , management and other necessary skills. My both manager's were very helpful as well as supportive .The comany's policies( except internet expenses reimbursement) were also great. The work culture is also great. The company has good certification reimbursement policy.

Dislikes

Compensation for my specific designation was low. I do receive appreciation from my manger's but they mostly got unnoticed during my appraisals. Proper criteria should be set for appraisals.
