after requesting couple of times, managers were agree to give work from home with number of conditions.

Dislikes

Leadership team with no brain but do dirty politics, lack of documentation regarding projects, If you do complaint regarding your manager bad behavior. She/He will directly say I have power to terminate you from this organization. 6-7 months delay in appraisal. If you will stay late in office no one from team will take responsibility to order food.
