I really like the infrastructure of Netsmartz. I enjoy each and every amenity that company is offering. I like working out in Netsmartz gym as I get access to latest equipments. Also the policies are quite employee friendly. Overall my experience here is good.

Dislikes

Sometimes, I don't get parking space. It can be managed in a better way.

Its been 3 years I have been here and the company culture is fantastic. The management is approachable and I like that every employee is valued and efforts are appreciated.

There management can distroy you career and they ask for resignation as mutual separation if you ask for appraisal if things seems not in there favour they can just put things like your performances was not good we have option of termination but we care for you such a scam management can do

I dont think there is anything I dislike anything about the organisation. There are always areas to improve and Netsmartz HR team is always open to feedbacks.

The management is very supportive and does not micro manage, CEO himself is pushing the AI trainings for all of the employees, leading to my holistic development. Overall great company to work for

Good part to work with Netsmartz is the support from the colleagues. I was working on a new project and during scrum meetings, my lead and teammates are always very supportive and we were able to complete project one week before the deadline and we had a project success party as well :)

It's not for Netsmartz but for myself as I should be putting in more time to clear the certification and become a certified developer.
