Netscribe hired us as graphic designer. But trust me there is no graphic designing work at all. All we were trained to do was Image processing following the guideline. Nonsense. No improvement in work. No designing skills were needed.

The tea and coffee machine was good there and the hygiene of the washroom was also good there

They will cut you out without any reason by the name of cost cutting and you will be job less in a single day without any notice. In last 1 year 5 females were getting promoted and not a single man. Because I think you know the reason. All the managers are like if you're a girl then they will help you but if you're a boy then you will get nothing. Most worst company and the management too.

Too much office politics, no recognition, poor work life balance, rely more on client rather than own employee, extended working hours without any week offs, poor increments, fake and false intimations during hiring and many many more.
