Job Description :

Akira Insights is a boutique pure-play Data & Analytics consulting firm providing services to Multinational corporations, Large enterprises, and Fortune 500s from various sectors helping businesses unlock valuable insights from their data.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

- Design and architect end-to-end solutions using the Spring Boot framework, ensuring alignment with overall enterprise architecture standards.

- Lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.

- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, tools, and frameworks to meet project requirements.

- Conduct architecture reviews, and code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to ensure the quality and integrity of the solution.

- Define and enforce architectural and design principles to ensure consistency across projects.

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with other architects, product owners, and technical leads to define overall system architecture.

- Provide technical leadership in the evaluation and selection of third-party components and libraries.

- Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation of solutions.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Spring Boot and Java technologies.

- Extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions using the Spring Boot framework.

- In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their services.

- Proficiency in architecture modeling tools and techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
