Netscribes - Lead Quality Analyst/Engineer - Selenium/Appium (6-10 yrs)

We're looking for a Lead Quality Analyst/Tester & Subject Matter Expert (SME) with over 6 years of experience to take charge of our QA efforts. You'll be at the forefront, overseeing the entire testing process from strategy and planning to execution and reporting for both web and mobile applications.

You'll manage manual and automated testing, while also maintaining strong communication with our clients. If you're experienced with tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JMeter, OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, GitLab, and Azure DevOps, we want you to bring your expertise to the table.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement test strategies for complex applications, ensuring test coverage across both web and mobile platforms (Android, iOS).

- Define testing standards, methods, and processes to ensure consistency in testing across different projects.

- Oversee the design of test cases and scenarios, ensuring that all functional and non-functional requirements are covered.

- Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of tests across web and mobile applications.

- Manage testing efforts for third-party integrations (ERP, CRM, HRMS) to ensure seamless functionality.

- Conduct regression, performance, security, and load testing, utilizing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and OWASP ZAP.

- Perform both manual and automated testing to verify application functionality, scalability, and security and performance testing.

- Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Appium, and other automation tools.

- Implement automation best practices and continually enhance the test automation framework.

- Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.

- Act as the key technical contact for clients, providing detailed insights on QA processes and progress.

- Deliver comprehensive test reports, focusing on identified issues, risks, and recommendations.

- Lead discussions on quality improvements and testing methodologies with stakeholders and clients.
