There is no work challenge, I mean if anyone wants to just climb up the management ladder, join the company and do politics and you will grow. Simple

The culture that was prevalent back then was that of frequent smoke breaks and gossip sessions comin out in the balcony from thr floor. Now the office have moved, is there a move in the culture too?
