Initially work life balance was really bad, but as I started to get used to my job, it became good as I could complete my work faster. Our managers are also pretty chill.

Dislikes

Compensation, appraisals, very poor mometary compensation in my opinion. Also feel like growth is pretty limited in this organization.

If you ask for a leave, that is your leave, you have to beg for it to the manager. She will not believe your reasons and ask for documents and proof. If you plan a vacation, they expect that you ask them first. They will act like your parents rather than managers. They don't know the differenc e between personal life and professional life</mark>. They seem very nice at first but eventually they will pressurize you mentally so much that you either wanna give up or leave the organisation asap. They will make you work like a permanent employee with experience when you'll be a fresher with no prior experience. They will give you some mere training for 2-3 hours and then ask to start production on an enormous scale which can't be done in stipulated work hours that is 9 hours. You have to do 12 hours work everyday with the same 10k salary in hand. They promise to increse salary after 6 months of employment but here I am in my 7 month with the same salary and double work load. My advice to you is PLEASE DONT JOIN NETSCRIBES. Wait for sometime more. You'll find something better than this. But don't do the mistake of joining Netscribes. It's the worst organization to work for....Read More

Too much work pressure, dirty office politics, no work life balance, biased management and seniors who wants oiling from the juniors.
