Worst experience ever. Mumbai office team leader and his qc people plan to kick out the kolkata based employees if one works with them, Mumbai office team leader behaves very badly with Kolkata based employees, highly partial, the guy is incompetent and unprofessionalism at its peak. The TL calls after office hours and disturbs unnecessarily, manager even don't know his job completely reliable on his incompetent tl. For me it was horrible experience to work with this sadak chhap person. The TL has no manners and ethics of speaking, I felt like am working with angutha chhap. 11 hours duty still after the tl disturb the employee by phone calling after one gets his job done. I like good to do work with netscribes. For small period only . So facilites and parties to know more people and Tyming the best one and also breaks. There is no pressure for work. Also incremnt or team work level. And also holidays. Good one

But i learned there lot of things whch is very disaapointd for me. I wrked there give my best evn achiv awards also i motivated but regarding my work process there is no opportunity for me nd end up. My job . So its a corruption also because there is no value of my work.. evn there is no any good decision decided bcz.. manager level is equal for evry employe of roganisation but there is manager levl.
