Mumbai office team leader and his qc people plan to kick out the kolkata based employees if one works with them, Mumbai office team leader behaves very badly with Kolkata based employees, highly partial, the guy is incompetent and unprofessionalism at its peak. The TL calls after office hours and disturbs unnecessarily, manager even don't know his job completely reliable on his incompetent tl. For me it was horrible experience to work with this sadak chhap person. The TL has no manners and ethics of speaking, I felt like am working with angutha chhap. 11 hours duty still after the tl disturb the employee by phone calling after one gets his job done.
