Cheap IT culture is prapogated. Most People working here do not have any ethics and etiquette. Learning is limited. No good projects. Also, salary will never come on time, every month we need to chase HR ans finance team. There is no proper system and hierarchy maintained in company. And the worst part is facilities. No proper foodin canteen. Nightshift ppl have to be empty stomach or they need to bring theri own food. Washroom do not have toilet papers or tissue papers. And cleaning of washroom is like public toilets (even public toilet is cleaner then this). Do not have clean water to drink. Forget about warm water....Read More

Company is undoubtedly great place to work, the only this is problem with projects. They hire people upfront for a specific location (bhopal) and then ask to relocate to work for some other client, the company follow outsourcing model.

Worst company one can opt for !! Worst decision of my life , ruined my profile and skills . I felt like just wasting my time as long as i was there . They have no projects and even whatever project they have are just crap and are of no use .

Worst professional experience, no respect for colleagues and work . They are laying off people and even the behaviour was so poor , People feel like they have been thrown out like garbage but still whoever were removed are much more happy than staying in Netlink

1. Promotion and increment procedures as I joined in Aug 2019 and not been promoted since 2 years. If you wish to join and get a promotion in one year do join before June, so you can be a part of next year promotion cycle. 2. The company is in Bhopal (tier 2 city). Team members were good mostly freshers. Company provides bus service and health insurance for parents as well.

High Work pressure and bad management. work life balance is not good. Difficult to get leaves. No systematic work approach everyone is in hurry to complete the tasks. sometimes they ask to complete work on weekend and odd timings also. very less pay package and bad appraisal.
