All they do is politics, no proper management, no professional company policy, no project & the worst is HR department they don't know there own policies, what they say verbally is totally different from what the policy document says.

1. Promotion and increment procedures as I joined in Aug 2019 and not been promoted since 2 years. If you wish to join and get a promotion in one year do join before June, so you can be a part of next year promotion cycle. 2. Minimal discussion with Manager and Reporting Manger on issues faced by employees and what will be the further step to resolve it. 3. Cross department movement if one wants to explore and has the capability rather than making them stick to doing things with zero growth opportunities. 4. Favouritism. The company is in Bhopal (tier 2 city). Team members were good mostly freshers. Company provides bus service and health insurance for parents as well.

Dislikes

High Work pressure and bad management. work life balance is not good. Difficult to get leaves. No systematic work approach everyone is in hurry to complete the tasks. sometimes they ask to complete work on weekend and odd timings also. very less pay package and bad appraisal.
