1. Ample time to work on your skills 2. Great team. Work can be fun with them. 3. Company culture 4. HR team engages quite well with creative works and fun activities.

1. Promotion and increment procedures as I joined in Aug 2019 and not been promoted since 2 years. If you wish to join and get a promotion in one year do join before June, so you can be a part of next year promotion cycle. 2. Minimal discussion with Manager and Reporting Manger on issues faced by employees and what will be the further step to resolve it. 3. Cross department movement if one wants to explore and has the capability rather than making them stick to doing things with zero growth opportunities. 4. Favouritism. Netlink is really good company where I grew my skills and technologies. Managers and culture also superb. In bhopal you cant find better company. Bus facility they provide. Campus also good👍

Dislikes

Client meeting and visit client location its not possible for a senior person. Only managers and lead can visit. Appraisal avg noy good hike. Bonding period for fresher. Late night work

My experience when joined as a fresher. Its really good for me because i enhanced my technical skills and soft skills both. Overall experience really good. Thankful to Netlink they gave me such a opportunity.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
