1. Ample time to work on your skills 2. Great team. Work can be fun with them. 3. Company culture 4. HR team engages quite well with creative works and fun activities.

Dislikes

1. Promotion and increment procedures as I joined in Aug 2019 and not been promoted since 2 years. If you wish to join and get a promotion in one year do join before June, so you can be a part of next year promotion cycle. 2. Minimal discussion with Manager and Reporting Manger on issues faced by employees and what will be the further step to resolve it. 3. Cross department movement if one wants to explore and has the capability rather than making them stick to doing things with zero growth opportunities. 4. Favouritism. You cannot speak on your issues and discouragement faced. 5. Beneficial trainings are given but no hands on experience....Read More

There is a lot of learning curve here.

Dislikes

There is work life balance. Work culture is almost as bad as work life balance. Yes learning curve is there but management is not as you expect it to be.
