there is nothing to be liked about this , we learn new things all by our self

nobody helps here , you have to do everything with your self , six day working and you have to do OT every day for 2-3 hours , mentally torture , work shift from morning 8 to night 8 , they call continually until you pick on sunday also , no professional behaviour . no salary slips and offer letter , they hold you salary for no reason and they deduct your salary without any warning and don't give any reason if you ask them...Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. There's no holiday even on Sunday or any national holiday, simply they will call you and say there's a ticket can you have a look, even don't train their trainee and except to work as senior level work.

Dislikes

There's nothing related to IT industry it's all about copy paste job, and as a fresher you will not able to gain any skills.
