I am worked for about 21 years with Net Solutions. The work culture here is amazing and one of the best. Though we have people from various states and backgrounds, they are friendly and respect each other. They are groomed well and given plenty of opportunities to grow and move within different technologies The job security is excellent as you would see from my working with Net Solutions. I think the innovation front needs some work as this is an area Net Solutions lacks at times and catch-up late in some cases.

I have joined the company recently and so far I have never faced any sort of issue in terms of management, salary, work culture. Company policies are clear and non-partial for all. Time to time feedback sessions are organised by the HR team to learn about employees thoughts and expectations. There's lot of opportunities to grow and learn with each project having its own challenges which make it possible to learn better. All the team members are helping and supportive to work with. The work timings are higher than the normal shift anywhere. And with a work shift of 9.5 hours, the 30 minutes lunch break is less.
