There are many things, the first one is work culture such as working hours are flexible and appreciation for your work , opportunity to enhance competencies. Here I get many opportunities to learn and grow skills such as I have learned recently a latest technology and they provided me complete training and support. In net solutionsthey always adopt latest tools and technologies. They have clients who are working with them from decade, so they are reliable and deliver high quality products. Apart from work , There is special team (anyone in the organisation can be part of this team) , which plan extra curricular activities for employees on every month end and on special occasions. The Role The variability of my job is what gets me up in the morning. Being a Function Head, a Technical Architect and a Project Manager on projects allow me to scale myself in a range of skills. The trust shown by my boss (COO) helps immensely in executing my role and also keep learning new skills. The Fun Month-end Hungama, Quizzes, Games and many other things allows to keep the fun alive in difficult times. Our team monthly meet-ups are also pivotal in keeping engagement as well as personal connect during these times. When we were working from office, Gym, the TT table, the Yoga instructor, the Nutritionist, the Bhangra teacher were all aspects we use to look forward to for fun activities. The Responsibility I cherish how my boss constantly shows her trust in all of us and provides never ending support. I have been working in net-solutions since 2021 and its been great experience. I really like working environment here, Flexible timings, No time restrictions, Good managers, No politics ( At least i have't faced any). So overall its very nice working here.

I didn't like the Appraisals here that's the only think i don't like.
