Company don't run employees benefit schemes like providing health insurance, child care for working mothers, bonus or incentives for successful deliveries, The extra hours or weekends are not paid off, work from home (never before pre-Carona times), days are not given off for working on holiday or weekend.

This provides opportunity to be part of project teams involved in building products for different industries ranging from ecommerce, publishing, healthcare, sports & entertainment and so on. Also if you are the one who gets excited to work on latest technology then there is no dearth of projects catering to that. Be assured that there will never be a dull moment when working here.
