I have joined the company recently and so far I have never faced any sort of issue in terms of management, salary, work culture. Company policies are clear and non-partial for all. Time to time feedback sessions are organised by the HR team to learn about employees thoughts and expectations. There's lot of opportunities to grow andlearn with each project having its own challenges which make it possible to learn better. All the team members are helping and supportive to work with. 1. You get to learn a lot, not just working on projects but the company makes sure to regularly conduct learning seminars within the department to keep everyone updated. 2. Everyone is very cooperative 3. Salary is always on time.
