I have joined the company recently and so far I have never faced any sort of issue in terms of management, salary, work culture. Company policies are clear and non-partial for all. Time to time feedback sessions are organised by the HR team to learn about employees thoughts and expectations. There's lot of opportunities to grow andlearn with each project having its own challenges which make it possible to learn better. All the team members are helping and supportive to work with. Apart from a decent office in IT park nothing is good here.

The company don't have a vision at all. They keep creating new strategies every year and keep failing. The senior management is not ready to learn and keep their ego behind. Hardly any leaves and long and tiring work hours. No extra pay for weekend work or for work outside office hours. Remember All that glitters is not gold!
