Overall work culture is good with work-life balance. Good for carrier growth.

Dislikes

Salary appraisal policies are not good, most towards company-centric. A little bit of politics that we see in every company. Innovation wise they mostly focus on same technical domain projects.

Apart from a decent office in IT park nothing is good here.

The company don't have a vision at all. They keep creating new strategies every year and keep failing. The senior management is not ready to learn and keep their ego behind.
