Management is very supportive, I have learned a lot in my tenure and the best part is learning curve never gets down here in Net Solutions. We have #WednesdayWisdomSessions every Wednesday through which we always remain in touch with new technologies. Overall a very #HappyCulture

Work life balance was an issue when I worked here. I hope it is no longer a problem or at least some improvement is here. I worked for 8.5 yrs in NS about 8 yrs back.
