The company was quick to take necessary steps to ensure safety of it's employees. Hand sanitizers were placed at different places where people mostly visit, receiving of delivery packages was revoked, employees were not allowed to go outside for tea and snacks to avoid community spread. The company took necessary measures to provide remote working infrastructure.

Dislikes

Work life balance is poor in the company - employees who put in extra hours are considered productive. Employee favoritism is followed. Politics is a lot in the company, anyone close to the management can harm the image of an employee and management will not validate the feedback before asking the employee to leave. Nothing much is done for employee welfare. Appraisals have been deferred this year citing COVID-19 pandemic, whereas the business is coming at a good pace. Employees have been laid off citing various reasons, even during this pandemic. The employees who are in management's good books are still enjoying a leverage in the company even if they are not doing much work....Read More

Work Details

My role at Net Solutions was to handle the entire project which included client interaction and communication, project planning and managing deliverables and also acting as a scrum master. It was a challenging project with a very dynamic client.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
