What i love about Net Solutions is the culture over here which keeps me energized whole day while handling my work activities . It is one of the best leading firm in Tricity . The best thing is open door policy for each employee .

Company don't run employee benefit schemes like health insurance , bonus or incentives for work delivery , extra hours are not paid off .

Here in Net Solutions, you will always get a new opportunity/challenge which helps you to grow. The senior members are very supportive, they will always listen to you and will help you out. The work culture is really good, the person will enjoy working here. Last but not least the infrastructure of the company is really awesome.

One of the best leading firm in the Tricity , having world class infrastructure and good work life balance. The best thing I found is the open door policy for each employee . Company provides good opportunities to work directly with the board of directors such as CEO, COO, CTO , CHO and CTO.

The work culture is good. The management is concerned about the careers of its employees and the best part is that the feedbacks are taken constructively and acted upon.

The work timings are higher than the normal shift anywhere. And with a work shift of 9.5 hours, the 30 minutes lunch break is less.

I have been working in net-solutions since 2021 and its been great experience. I really like working environment here, Flexible timings, No time restrictions, Good managers, No politics ( At least i have't faced any). So overall its very nice working here.
