Some clients do not treat employees well, making them feel like mere workers rather than valued contributors. Despite delivering quality work, they do not offer even a single word of appreciation. Additionally, the leave policy is not favorable, as it is based on leave credits. Every month, 1.5+ leave days are added, which is reflected in the payslip (one full day and a half-day leave per month).
