NeoSOFT is a great platform for freshers and entry level candidates to learn on the job skills. There are inhouse and peer training done to bring you up to mark with the industry demand

Dislikes

Candidates are forced to sign yearly bonds on joining and if you seek a good yearly increment. However if a candidate plans to leave within the bond period he is harassed endlessly and extorted to cough up the amount This is an illegal practice which many ex employees have suffered.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
