We have a safe working environment for women. By making them feel safe and secure in the workplace, the company shows high regard and respect for female employees. I have been working for almost two years now and am very satisfied. There is no stress, and I feel safe, especially the people around me. They make me feel comfortable.

This is service based organisation hence you'll get to work on different technologies. Sometimes you've to work for the client on client location. Maybe for short time or long time. I worked on client site for almost 1.3 years.

Dislikes

When I was employee, I had to sign a bond for 1.2 years. For good increment again I was asked to sign a bond. Don't know about recent policies, but check before joining.

Worst company i have ever worked with, Clients are also run away, this company have great-place-to-work, i don’t know from where they got it from begging. HR team also sleeping worst management i have ever seen.

It's a very positive work environment with good flexibility—I can easily manage work and life. I have met some very talented colleagues here who make work exciting by implementing new ideas. Plus, the company organizes lots of fun activities, like the famous Champions Cricket League, which we all enjoy.

Smart and experienced colleagues greatly help us and bring positive energy to the workplace. The work culture suits me well, providing relief. The rewards program motivates us and creates a positive environment. I wasn't rewarded this time, but my seniors appreciated me. I joined neosoft as a sr devloper , on very first day as soon a I put my bag on table on guy told me why you have joined this organisation, they fire people within one or two months. In starting i thinked that they are playing some inner politics . But things around me changes when I have observed that really they are firing and hiring people as they only belong a materialistic things to them . They will provide you 3 or 5 chances to clear client interview if u fail to do so they will fire you within one day . Same story goes with me , sometime client is not willing or intrested in candidate so ultimately they will reject u . So same happens with me they are spoiling many people carreer, they don't even have any emotions....Read More

I will be as rational as i can about this. Nobody talks about the innovations, optimisations and efficiency, Its all about if its working or not. This is a service based company that means you have to crack client interviews. You fail 3 and you are terminated instantly. When you are working with the client, the work life balance is based on the client. Neosoft does not care about it. The management are just clowns. They like getting respect but not give it back. All in all, Its just a business. They do everything to get the profit and employees don't come under the consideration anywhere.
