I have received an offer from Capgemini with 12.5 LPA CTC (fixed component). I am currently having CTC of 9.5 LPA (9 LPA fixed + 50k variable). My tech stack is into DotNet Core, SQL, DotNet MVC, DotNet Framework, Vue JS, Vanilla JS, JQuery, CI/CD with 4 years and 3 months of overall IT experience (which includes 6 months of internship). Wanted to know about the salary trends since there is a mixed trend going on right now in the industry.
