Champions league that we had was just fantastic. We all had lots of fun. Competing with other people from the company was amazing. This is service based organisation hence you'll get to work on different technologies. Sometimes you've to work for the client on client location. Maybe for short time or long time. I worked on client site for almost 1.3 years.

When I was employee, I had to sign a bond for 1.2 years. For good increment again I was asked to sign a bond. Don't know about recent policies, but check before joining.
