Company is never bad, it's only management who is good or bad, the worst management and people, management doesn't now anything and what there leads to do their work, when you will ask for help Or guidance, you will get a reply that we are not here to spoon feed you, if you will ask a question they will not answer you and will ask another question to shut your mouth, they give impossible tasks to do, they even don't have any proper tracker to maintain no proper data where you can check info. and present your data, if you will not get any info. then how will you present any data, if u will ask your manager about data or anything they will advice you to contact someone else, and if you will reach out to third person then that person will send to another person and it goes on, in short you will never get correct info. The company gives people the opportunity to grow. It is a good training ground for people explore their careers with a promise of getting promoted as you stay within the organization

Both owners of the company micromanage their senior leadership even in everyday tasks. The compensation and benefits are low and the annual bonus for managers is something that managers don't look forward to as it can be biased Gurugram office culture is not nice but people working remote in the philippines are okay.

I like that the culture supports teamwork and transparency. We're give meaningful projects that align with clear goals, and there's always room to learn. The team dynamic in my team is also great because everyone is genuinely supportive making it easy to collaborate

Sometimes the pace can be intense and projects move quickly which can make it challenging to keep up. Putting simpler processes ins some places could help everyone stay on track
