I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. It's basically a IT Software company who works as recruitment suppicator to clients (mostly IT) or work as a recruitment vendor to them , they have may be a bit work satisfaction but work culture , management and policies are really panic- stricken!

Firstly it was good but later company policies and management and total work culture became horrible . They are not open to flexible timings often. They suddenly become violent (in words obviously) towards employees if targets don't meet or if u can't give that much closer what they wanted ( but at the time of interview they will say it's a no target job , only quality recruitment or hiring ) And they never gives the incentives as well , and don't hope for correct relieving letter or an appointment letter even after working almost 1 year !...Read More
