Continuous work. Good people. Job security as long as you work.

Dislikes

No appreciation. No bonus. Lot of overtime. Work load only on fewer sincere people. Rest people enjoy their stay.

I joined as a fresher, got training for initial few months. Got to work on different profiles. Leads and managers are nice. But the increment is not as you expect or what you should get as per market standards.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
