Good company for experienced. Freshers start from small scale then switch to an MNC like this as you will get to learn a lot in ground execution than desk work in an MNC like this. Timings are Mon- Fri, flexible timing 9-6. One day wfh.

The lack of public transportation options makes commuting to and from work difficult for many employees. 2. Working Hours Policy: The strictly enforced 9-hour policy, where employees are expected to work for 8.5 hours consecutively, without adequate breaks, can be physically and mentally taxing. This policy leaves little room for flexibility and work-life balance. 3. Work Assignment and Skill Development: There is a lack of diversity in work assignments, which limits opportunities for employees to expand their skill sets and grow professionally. Additionally, there are limited avenues for skill development and career advancement within the organization. 4.
