You can learn even that the dumbest people can run a company, become team lead, HR, Finance, Etc., It will boost your confidence that you are not alone in the dumbest circle.

Dislikes

• Inefficient Team Lead • Utterwaste QA Team • Talented developers are not encouraged • Use and throw policy (Hire and Fire Policy) • No Work-Life Balance • No projects that help your career growth • Outdated clients for the company • Company run by family (you know how it works) • You may get de-promoted at any time • You may be terminated at any time • They will not give any compensation salary during lay-off • Production quality of software products are like 90's • Employee inputs are not taken seriously • No motive for development • No learning environment • No time was given to give good product quality...Read More
