Work life balance is good. Bengaluru management is better good. Work culture in Bangalore office is better.

Dislikes

HR thinks they run the company. Because of them we get the job. HR behaviour is not employee friendly at all. Senior management, especially in Mumbai has very old mindset of working. They are not ready to evolve and believes more in being managers and less in becoming leaders. HR AND senior management is not open for suggestions/improvements.
