Almost no salary hikes With the hikes you can't even buy yourself a KG of peanuts. This is the level of hikes they provide. Only the higher management gets all the hikes. The juniors are ignored even if they have done enough to satisfy the KRA and gone beyond their KRA. The offer letter only mentions 9-5 it's actually 9-9.

1. Almost no appraisals. 2. Manager of certain departments are really sadistic and won't let employees use their leaves. Also, leave approval requires a lot of begging.
